Mateusz Grodecki is a dental assistant and receptionist. In the practice he supports the dentists during procedures and at the same time makes sure visits and the whole team's schedule run smoothly.
He is communicative and well organised. He makes sure each patient gets the right appointment, and when the schedule is tight he looks for a solution that suits both the patient and the dentist.
Outside the practice his second profession is acting. He performs in theatre productions and works in dubbing. In his free time he likes playing the guitar, spending time with friends, playing football and travelling.
What he does in the practice
As an assistant he supports the dentists during procedures, preparing the surgery and materials and making sure everything the dentist needs during the visit is in its place.
As a receptionist he is responsible for the dentists' schedules and patients' appointments. He makes sure visits are properly planned and patients receive information about their appointments.
If a patient finds it hard to find a convenient time, he looks for a solution and the right slot. He also takes care of organising follow-up visits and the continuity of the planned treatment.
Education and experience
Mateusz trained as an actor, and acting is also his second profession. Stage experience and dubbing work have taught him to communicate easily, listen carefully and connect with people.
In the practice he uses these skills every day with patients and the team.

Mateusz does not carry out dental procedures himself. In the practice he assists the dentists and prepares visits.
For other dental procedures he prepares the surgery and materials and helps the visit run smoothly.
