Ilona Wróblewska is a qualified dental hygienist and dental assistant. She looks after patients' comfort during visits, carries out professional hygiene appointments and whitening, and supports the dentists during treatment. After work she most likes to play tennis – her favourite way of staying active. She also enjoys travelling, reading and photography, especially when discovering new places.

What she does in the surgery
She looks after the patient not only during the procedure itself. She pays attention to every detail – from preparing the visit, through its calm course, to the aftercare instructions and organising the next stages of treatment.
Empathy, attentiveness and good contact with the patient matter to her especially. She can create a calm, friendly atmosphere even when someone is stressed before the visit.
As a hygienist she carries out professional hygiene appointments and whitening, and also runs patient check-ups – she assesses oral hygiene, points out areas that need more attention and helps plan the next visits.
As an assistant she supports the dentists during procedures. She also looks after patients between visits – helping to arrange convenient times and organise the next stages of treatment.

Experience in both roles helps her understand both the patient’s needs and how a dental team works. This lets her combine working directly with patients with preparing and organising treatment smoothly.
